Stage 4 - Calculating mean Sa-values by WMO squares, arranging data for final calculation of the estimate
The program constructAreaSampleInteg calculates the mean Sa-value by square and makes a list of mean Sa-values, Multspec area number for the squares and allocated biological samples as the foundation for calculating the estimate. In areaSampleInteg the Sa-values and sample numbers of biological data are resampled.
