Description of bootstrapCapelin

The program bootstrapCapelin makes an estimate of Barents Sea capelin based on survey data, either from an autumn survey or from a winter survey. Depending on the setting of the variables resampleBiology and resampleAcoustics, a resampling of data is performed to evaluate the uncertainty and the replicates are stored as bifrostAutumnCapelinReplicates<year> or bifrostWinterCapelinReplicates, depending on the setting of the variable usePeriod.

If useRdataFileForPointEstimate is True the routine organiseWMOSquares is invoked instead of the routine constructArerasampleInteg when the point (not resomplaed, the first replicate) estimate is carried out. Then the mean integrator value and list of biological samples to be used in each WMO square are taken from the Rdata file for the survey.
