Uniform regions

In some cases one might want to define larger areas that are considered uniform with respect to biological characteristics. An example is the winter survey 2009, where high densities of capelin were found north of 74 degrees, and for which there were very few directed trawl samples - most of the trawlings were at the bottom. The list uniformRegions define one or more regions as polygons. All squares for which the midpoint falls inside one of these regions are allocated all samples within the region.
