Description of samplesToSquares
samplesToSquares makes the list allWMOSamples with format {wmoname,series number} from positionSamples and timeSamples. The position may be updated with migration.
The samples are taken from sampleInformation which is produced when readSamples is run, and may contain more samples than was on the Rdata file. positionSamples must have been taken from the list positions generated by readSamples.
