bifrostEstimation

bifrostEstimation is the lead-in routine to estimation of parameters in the historic assessment, called from the menu. The loop over historic replicates is administered here. The parameter file is tagged with the settings applied (in blue) in the menu. To ensure setting compatibility also many other tasks are run by invoking bifrostEstimation but interrupting the estimation process. Such tasks may be documentation issues, estimation of recruitment functions and long term simulation.
