measuredConsumptionCapelin

In the routine measuredConsumptionCapelin the measured consumption per cod ia calculated into the list measuredConsumptionPerCodCapelin for the maturation component given as immature or mature in the setting capelinMatureComponent.  The measured consumption per cod in the list useConsumptionPerCodCapelin is given by capelin length. All capelin below 13 cm are condidered immature and all capelinabove 15.0 cm are considere mature. Between these two limits the maturation component is calculated from the current value of capelinP1Females and capelinP2Females. This must be modified when the model will have different maturation parameters for males and females.
