Short description of the program

The routine makeSeptemberEstimate calculates the number at sex, age and length in September from files of mean integrator values on square and files of biological samples. If the variable stochasticRuns is larger than 1 bootstrap replicates are calculated and put to the file bootstrapSexAgeLength<bootstrapTag><year> where <bootstrapTag> is <Acoustic>, <Biology> or <acousticBiology> depending on which information source is bootstrapped. The routine findAllSampleNumbers is called to find all the sample numbers unless they already exist on the file allSampleNumbers
