stockdataFromCapTab is a list of capelin data read from the CapTab Excel spreadsheet. Except from the sex dimension, the format is the same as the format of the list stockdata, which is used in Bifrost for the historical values of the capelin stock at October 1:

    List over lengths
        Length
        List over ages 1-5 of number of fish (billion)
        Mean weight in length group
