Organising the estimation and resampling
The process is governed by the program bootstrapCapelin, which calls the routines mentioned above. In addition, if resampleBiology is True the individial data in the lists of biological data (sampleInformation and individInformation) are resampled prior to the call to constructAreaSampleInteg. This resampling can be viewed as an evaluation of the uncertainty connected to each trawl sample, while the resampling of sample numbers in constructAreaSampleInteg can be viewed as an evaluation of the uncertainty connected to the geographical distribution of trawl samples.
